Yoga Therapy-day | Yoga around the chair

Together with yoga teacher and book author Willem Wittstamm we will dedicate ourselves to the yoga practice adapted to the chair. On the chair and around it can not only make yoga accessible to all at an older age, but also help us all in everyday life and in yoga practice to creatively support the most diverse areas of our body. With Willem, it is pure joy to move around the chair. He has been teaching his type of practice for 2 decades now and lets us share in his wealth of experience with fit elderly and impaired young people, from wheelchair users to office chair managers an all around fantastic experience. My contribution will be to classify the possibilities somewhat on their medically useful application.
