In this ENGLISH ONLY session Anneke will explore ways to find a state of optimal balance for mental health through centuries old yogic knowledge combined with evidence-based modern approaches. We will work with the ‘earth’ element as an accessible base for grounding, support and safety and explore our own innate wisdom and nurturing embodiment. Key in balancing mental health issues lies in empowerment and accessibility. Having the tools to explore the Self, yourself — to understand and deal with personal experiences and behavior motivates, engages and leads the path of resilience and self-compassion in the journey towards full recovery. Anneke will illustrate this with a case study and practical tools.
