Exercise lesson | Hands

Our hands in the focus of yoga practice. I will be happy to guide you through the most important skills of therapeutic yoga in line with our functional approach. Pain-free, mindful and in intimate connection, we will practice in a powerful, enduring and vitalizing way. In this class, we will also take the time to feel the effects of some mūdras.

The recordings of the exercise sessions are available as a replay for 6 months. As always, this exercise class does not replace a medical consultation.
