Exercise hours | Eye health

Following the positive response to the Yoga Therapy day held in October 2023 and the subsequent exercise class on eye health, we are offering three further exercise classes for yoga teachers and those affected to deepen the topic. We will shed light on the topic of eye wellbeing in practical application through focus and relaxation, eye muscle training, eye rest, useful rituals and supporting the eyes through the intimate interaction with the other senses and our thoughts. It's sure to be exciting!

The recordings of the exercise sessions are available as a replay for 6 months. As always, this exercise class does not replace a medical consultation.
