Winter is just around the corner and Agni wants to get used to the cold season. Which measures are useful to strengthen our digestive fire (Agni) or to relieve it? We will summarize the simple and feasible tips and will surely enrich each other with our experiences. It will not be about constipation or inflammatory bowel diseases; such an evening is not enough for that. But about health and what we can do yoga-therapeutically to have a calming or stimulating effect on digestion.
