Terms and conditions for our Yoga Therapy trainings

Registration is considered according to the date of receipt and becomes binding for both parties by sending the online form and the registration confirmation. For seminars scheduled or taking place on-site, a waiting list will be created as soon as the places are fully booked. For online courses, there is no limit to the number of participants. For all on-site courses, it is possible to participate online as part of the livestream offer. Please note the note in the registration forms. Our preference is to hold the on-site scheduled courses on-site. We reserve the right to hold our full seminar offerings as online-only events as long as circumstances do not allow for a reasonable and schedulable on-site event. The seminar fee is to be transferred only after receipt of the invoice and is shown in the respective seminar description. In case of cancellation or rebooking of the registration, a handling fee of 35,00 € will be charged. In case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the seminar 50% of the seminar fee will be retained and from 2 weeks before the event the full fee has to be paid. If the invoice amount has not been transferred by the time of cancellation, the organizer has the right to the amount due and will claim this. In the case of on-site courses, travel, accommodation and meals are not included and must be organized independently, unless this is expressly stated. In principle, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the scheduled event. The cancellation of a seminar due to illness of the teachers, force majeure or other unforeseeable events does not entitle to claim the implementation of the seminar. The organizer will nevertheless try to find an acceptable solution for both parties, e.g. by rebooking to another date/location free of charge or by substituting the speaker. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the seminar if the number of participants is less than 10. In the event of a cancellation, even at short notice, any participation fees already paid by you will of course be refunded. However, the organizer cannot be held liable for compensation of travel, accommodation or cancellation costs or for indirect damages, loss of profit or claims of third parties. All information provided is of course voluntary and will be treated confidentially!

RIGHT OF REVOCATION

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned. You are obligated to pay compensation for the value of the service provided up to the time of revocation if you were made aware of this legal consequence prior to submitting your contractual declaration and expressly agreed to our commencing the performance of the service in return before the end of the revocation period. If there is an obligation to pay compensation for lost value, this may mean that you still have to fulfill the contractual payment obligations for the period until the revocation. Your right of revocation shall expire prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of revocation. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation, for us with its receipt.

The general terms and conditions are determined by the respective organiser and can be found accordingly on the websites of the organisers. The GTC's deposited here only apply to the modules organised by us in Berlin and online.

NOTE: The courses do not replace a doctor's visit! Our recommendations are suggestions for practical application and must be adapted individually. We expressly point out that for both the online courses and the live classes no liability for injuries is assumed. Each participant must carefully assess his or her own limits, physical fitness and many other parameters in order to practice without pain or injury.
