Yoga Therapy-Day | Cervical spine - foundation of the senses

Hearing, vision and balance in particular are closely linked to the mobile base of our head, the cervical spine. But our curiosity, calmness and the temporomandibular joints are also closely linked to a well-functioning, flexible, pain-free and stable cervical spine. This in turn can only be as free and stable as our spine as a whole. On this Yoga Therapy day, we will explore precisely these connections from a therapeutic perspective by understanding anatomical relationships and even more through practical experience. This time it's not so much about the pathology, but about feeling and improving our ability to perceive in order to integrate into a healing movement behavior.

Vision - hearing - balance - jaw joints - muscle tone - the entire spine as a stable and mobile foundation - a concert played by the orchestra of our senses and tissues.
